The incident occurred at about 6:49 p.m. at the Daniel Boyle Recreation Center, at 13049 Kelvin Ave., police said. A white boy, age 15 or 16, was “hanging with” a group of other boys and girls just before he walked onto the court and sprayed paint on it. The graffiti was later removed at a cost of $700. The vandal had closely trimmed black hair and wore a multicolored striped shirt and blue jeans.
